Troubleshooting

If you cannot access to the shared folders using WebAccess:
If you have more than one router on your network, only one of them should be set as the default gateway. Other routers should be set to bridge or AP mode.
If the "http://buffalonas.com/" page is not displayed, the server at BuffaloNAS.com may be in maintenance mode. Wait a few minutes and try again.
Make sure that your BuffaloNAS name is correct. It is case-sensitive.
Make sure that UPnP is enabled on your router. If it is disabled, then WebAccess cannot forward your TCP/UDP port automatically.
If you're not using UPnP, specify a TCP/UDP port number manually as described below.

The examples in this document show screens from a WZR-HP-AG300H with the current user-friendly firmware. Your router's Settings may be slightly different.
Open Settings.
The default username and password are "root" and blank (no password).

Click LAN Config.
Configures as described below.
Enter a number from 10000 to 65535 for the port number.
For the LAN-side IP address, enter the IP address of your LinkStation or TeraStation.
Note: You can get the IP address from NAS Navigator2.
Enter "9000" for the LAN-side port.
  Click Add.

The router is now configured. Next, configure the LinkStation or TeraStation.
Navigate to Extensions - WebAccess - WebAccess Service.
Click Advanced WebAccess Settings.
Enter the port number into the "External Port" field.
Click Save.
